The aroma reveals ripe cherries, plums and mulberries, enhanced by notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Well integrated alcohol level and pleasant acidity. Elegant, slightly astringent aftertaste. It goes well with meat dishes, pasta, cheeses of medium age.
