Dry red wine made from Merlot grapes our own vineyards, deep ruby in color with violet reflections.
The bouquet reveals ripe cherry, raspberry, and plum, complemented by delicate notes of cocoa and vanilla.
The palate is smooth and rounded, with moderate tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is velvety, with pronounced fruit character. An elegant, easy-drinking red wine that highlights the varietal expression.
Recommended serving temperature: 16–18°C.
Food pairings: poultry, roasted vegetables, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and semi-aged cheeses.
