Online orders use electronic document management, so for all orders paid by card or cash, the fiscal check will be sent electronically via SMS. If you need to receive a hard copy, please indicate this information in the comments when applying.

Additional delivery terms
Orders are processed on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
We send orders daily, except weekends and holidays.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by means of courier service "Nova Poshta".
Payment for the services of the courier service "Nova Poshta" is made at the expense of the Customer (if the amount of the order is lower than the terms of free delivery). The order is collected immediately after receipt of payment. We try to ship your order as soon as possible, but in some cases it takes 1-2 business days to collect your order. Therefore, if you are limited in time, please notify the manager, we will do our best to send promptly.
Importantly!
When sending you wine, we will insure the parcel for the full cost of the order. If suddenly the goods on the way were damaged, we strongly ask you to draw up the relevant ACT and a claim to the carrier. This will allow you to reimburse for damaged products and courier services in case of improper provision.
When receiving the order, we ask you to check the quality of packaging, quantity and range of the order.
